Weekend in Hamilton

Friday night, Kristine, Sarah and I took a four hour bus ride to a town that is an hour and a half away to visit our friend Nicole for the weekend. Our bus driver was a crazy one and managed to hit a sign on our way there. We were suppose to go to a rugby game while we were there, between the Chiefs and the Crusaders but Nicole had her information wrong so instead we had a very mellow weekend. Her Kiwi friends enjoyed making fun of our accents and taught us new New Zealand slang words and corrected us on ones we had previously been using wrong. One exciting thing did happen though, while we were out on the town on Saturday night we met an All Blacks player, Mils Muliaina, at the pub Shenanigans and took a picture with him. He was not very keen on taking the picture until we said we were Americans. (works every time) Now, we survived an only 2 hour bus ride back and are safe in Auckland for another week of school and new adventures.
